Coloque-se de pé naturalmente e mantenha o corpo relaxado durante a medição. Utilize uma fita métrica macia, bem ajustada ao corpo, sem apertar demasiado. Registe as seguintes medidas:

  • Busto : Enrole a fita métrica horizontalmente à volta da parte mais cheia do seu busto.

  • Cintura : Meça à volta da parte mais estreita da sua cintura, normalmente localizada entre a parte inferior da caixa torácica e acima do umbigo.

  • Ancas : Enrole a fita métrica à volta da parte mais larga das suas ancas, geralmente no ponto mais largo das suas nádegas.

  • Largura do ombro : meça em linha reta desde o bordo exterior de um ombro (osso do ombro) até ao outro.

  • Comprimento da manga : partindo da extremidade do ombro, meça a parte exterior do braço, passando pelo cotovelo até ao osso do pulso. Mantenha o braço relaxado e direito ao lado do corpo.
