Standard Return & Refund Policy

To ensure compliance with global consumer protection regulations and our payment gateways, please review our official return terms below:

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
With original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Wigs, footwear, intimates, and fully customized (tailor-made) costumes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and custom nature.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Incorrect Items: If the issue is our fault (e.g., damaged in transit, wrong size sent), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a full/partial refund without requiring a return.
Customer Remorse/Wrong Size Ordered: If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Return Address & Contact

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without contacting us first. Returns must be pre-approved.

Best cape ever! Amazing quailty! Fit my 5'4 self perfectly on the smaller size. It is even lined on the inside. If you need a AOT cape, this is the best one period. 10/10!!

The reason why i put three stars is because the cosplay I received isnt whats displayed on the pictures or the video on their website however it’s beautiful and good enough quality. I ended up ordering the wrong size but had it tailored im in love with it. Theres a few items missing like accessories for the hair. The wig is amazing definitely recommend. It took about a month to arrive i ordered in april and got it in june and i live in the UK. Communication with customer service was amazing they get back to you quickly so i was happy about that. I just wish what i ordered i got instead of something slightly different especially because of how much it costs.

It's perfect!

Absolutely beautiful cosplay. Came to me very swiftly, no pieces missing. The dress itself fits like a glove and is made with so much care and detail. Lovely fabric, double layers to protect skin, and a glittery heart pattern on the top that i really like. One accessory's clip had fallen off, but a little repair kit with glue, clips and pins came with the costume, so it's no worry. Thank you so much, I adore it.

Looks exactly like the photos, some stitching is definitely not super strong but nothing i can't fix. (nothing is broken it just looks a little loose). Fits perfectly, for reference i am usually xs-s and 174cm tall. It's a very beautiful cosplay and very accurate to Melinas design. The only thing I dislike are the sleeves which I will switch out for a long sleeve instead, but thats not a problem. Great cosplay!

Okay not great

Had to buy this because of shipping prices as I was only going to buy the melina costume. The wig is definitely too think to wear as is but its nothing i can't fix with bit of styling. I have no experience in wig styling but I tried my best to thin it and cut to look like melina, took me a couple hours and it looks a little better than before. The front lacing is also not great. I fixed it by cutting bangs and pressing then down to cover the front so its fine. Other then that, the color is good. :)

I expected a little better quality, but it's not bad. I think it's okay for the price, and the delivery was relatively fast. It's relatively comfortable, but I only got a normal wig with it, unfortunately there's no braided part :( the dress is like the picture.

I ordered 3 months in advance for the con I will be attending just to make sure it showed up in time and it was very fast to get here only took 22 days from the pre-sale and the quality for the price is amazing! I will definitely be ordering from them in the future, The sizing aswell I went up a size and it fit perfectly, I had a little bit of room aswell to make adjustments, they also focused on tiny little details which I loved too :] they also answered my email within 48 hours about the questions I had regarding the cosplay aswell

This cosplay is amazing quality!! I wasn’t too sure what to expect since it’s my first time ordering from this website, the shipping and preparation time was very fast (came in around 2 weeks). The costume is made with good quality fabrics and is definitely worth the price. There is none of that plasticky costume material in any of the pieces. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great looking costume that will last for a while.

ive purchased a few different cosplays on the OSIAS store and also initially on amazon (i prefer the OSIAS store despite a little longer shipping. shipping from the OSIAS store to US has been about ~1 week and no issues or delays.)
i thought they were so high quality that i purchased a 2nd to keep in storage in case they are damaged/worn over time and i was not able to order again.

really high quality in my experience so far, sizing has worked out (if the image on the cosplay says it is US sizing, it is very close or exactly the US size), i sized up 1x initially on first purchase but ended up being to large and purchased exact US size going forward.

overall very happy with this store

Great quality and value! Keep in mind the top is shortened, the pants are awesome, they look great. My only complaint is that the little buttons are sewn on a little loosely but everything stayed together so overall a great cosplay!

Bought this as last minuet resort as my old one was ruined a while ago, never did i think this cosplay would live up to my expectations AND beyond my expectations. The top is a great quality the bra is sown into the shirt though. The tie pattern is in the fabric desgin there is no vynle things that you have to worry about falling off on you. Black swan cosplay

I just got my black swan cosplay, and first I thought it was really beautiful! The material and the details of the cosplay itself are very good! They’re shiny and glittery ✨ whatsoever the accessories aren’t that nice… the thighs are very thin and because of the Velcro on the stockings it immediately ripped… the stocking are very thin and won’t stay up by themselves. The ring and bracelet broke immediately after the first try on.. same for one of the gloves - it immediately ripped on the first try on because my thumb is apparently too big for the glove (only the right one tho). The gloves and headpiece are nice quality tho and look/fit very good (expect for my thumb) And for the sizing: I guess it’s kinda accurate to the size chart, even though the bust circumference is a bit smaller than stated, and the stockings are way too big for my thighs (even though mine are on the bigger side)
Overall it’s a good cosplay that needs some extra work done. Even though I don’t expect to do extra work when I order a cosplay for 85€…
