A: We ship globally! 🌍 Whether you are in the US, Europe, or a hidden village in the leaves, we got you. Just make sure your address is 100% correct—we can't teleport packages if the coordinates are wrong.

Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: Once your loot is packed, we’ll email you the tracking number instantly. If you don't see it after 3 days, check your Spam folder (sometimes email providers are the real villains).

Q: Be honest... are the wigs shiny? Like "Party City" shiny?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOT. That’s a crime against cosplay. 🙅‍♀️
Our wigs use premium, heat-resistant fibers that look matte and natural in photos (even with flash). They are thick, luscious, and ready for you to style. No bald spots, no plastic vibes.

Q: Can I use heat tools on the wigs?
A: Yes! You can use straighteners and curling irons up to 180°C (350°F). Go ahead and defy gravity with those spikes.

Q: How do I wash my costume?
A: Treat it like a legendary artifact. 🛡️

  • Hand Wash Cold: Most cosplay fabrics (leatherette, jacquard, satin) hate washing machines.
  • Hang Dry: Never put it in the dryer. Heat destroys the shape.
  • Ironing: Low heat only, and always use a pressing cloth between the iron and the costume.

Q: I need to return something. How does this work?
A: Let's be real—international return shipping is expensive and a nightmare for your wallet. 💸
We don't want you spending $40 to return a $50 item. That makes no sense.
Instead of shipping it back, contact us first. We prefer to work out a Resolution (like a Refund or Partial Compensation) that keeps everyone happy.

Q: My item arrived damaged / wrong. (The "Our Bad" Situation)
