A: Let's be real—international return shipping is expensive and a nightmare for your wallet. 💸
We don't want you spending $40 to return a $50 item. That makes no sense.
Instead of shipping it back, contact us first. We prefer to work out a Resolution (like a Refund or Partial Compensation) that keeps everyone happy.
Q: My item arrived damaged / wrong. (The "Our Bad" Situation)
A: First off, we are so sorry! 😭
Please do NOT throw anything away.
- Snap Receipts: Take clear photos of the defect/wrong item and the shipping label.
- Email Us: Send the "receipts" to [support email].
- The Fix: If it's our fault, we will issue a Full Refund or Reship a new one immediately. No need to mail the broken one back.
Q: It doesn't fit / I changed my mind. (The "Oops" Situation)
A: It happens! Since return shipping fees are usually higher than the item value, we generally do not recommend returning the item.
However, we still want you to have a good experience. Email us, and we can often offer a Partial Refund (you keep the item and modify/resell it) or a special discount code for the correct size. Let's chat and find a solution! 🤝
