Q: Do you ship to my location? (International Shipping)
A: We ship globally! 🌍 Whether you are in the US, Europe, or a hidden village in the leaves, we got you. Just make sure your address is 100% correct—we can't teleport packages if the coordinates are wrong.
Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: Once your loot is packed, we’ll email you the tracking number instantly. If you don't see it after 3 days, check your Spam folder (sometimes email providers are the real villains).
Q: Be honest... are the wigs shiny? Like "Party City" shiny?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOT. That’s a crime against cosplay. 🙅♀️
Our wigs use premium, heat-resistant fibers that look matte and natural in photos (even with flash). They are thick, luscious, and ready for you to style. No bald spots, no plastic vibes.
Q: Can I use heat tools on the wigs?
A: Yes! You can use straighteners and curling irons up to 180°C (350°F). Go ahead and defy gravity with those spikes.
Q: How do I wash my costume?
A: Treat it like a legendary artifact. 🛡️
- Hand Wash Cold: Most cosplay fabrics (leatherette, jacquard, satin) hate washing machines.
- Hang Dry: Never put it in the dryer. Heat destroys the shape.
- Ironing: Low heat only, and always use a pressing cloth between the iron and the costume.
Q: I need to return something. How does this work?
A: Let's be real—international return shipping is expensive and a nightmare for your wallet. 💸
We don't want you spending $40 to return a $50 item. That makes no sense.
Instead of shipping it back, contact us first. We prefer to work out a Resolution (like a Refund or Partial Compensation) that keeps everyone happy.
Q: My item arrived damaged / wrong. (The "Our Bad" Situation)
A: First off, we are so sorry! 😭
Please do NOT throw anything away.
- Snap Receipts: Take clear photos of the defect/wrong item and the shipping label.
- Email Us: Send the "receipts" to [support email].
- The Fix: If it's our fault, we will issue a Full Refund or Reship a new one immediately. No need to mail the broken one back.
Q: It doesn't fit / I changed my mind. (The "Oops" Situation)
A: It happens! Since return shipping fees are usually higher than the item value, we generally do not recommend returning the item.

Honestly outside of my gloves being a little too small(seems i just have slightly wider hands) and a small hole in one of them, everything else was great! Fits nicely and is comfortable to wear :)

Suit is good just came with some wrinkles it is also missing one detail from the character it’s from which is the incinerate cloud patter on both of his sleeves on the suit, besides that it’s good 👍

Gloves were too small while rest was too big on a large. The printing of the design on the back bottom of the coat was wildly off and there are loose strings popping out everywhere. It also just doesn’t look that good. Price was better than others though.

Got the wrong size and have been trying to exchange but crickets from the company so order with extreme caution . An order from them might be at a fiscal loss . On a positive note the costume came much faster than expected the gloves are way too small but the actual costume is nice and of decent quality. .Its a shame the company doesn’t communicate better. I can’t say I would recommend this company .

Really good quality cosplay, only downside is that some of the measurements are rather tight on me despite getting the biggest size possible, but thats more of a 'me' issue then an issue with the cosplay. I still looked great in it regardless!

Everything fit just right, the costume also arrived 10 days earlier than the projected arrival time. tracking was super clear, and everything looked and fit great. You are getting polyester for the price and the gloves are a little small but beyond that it’s fantastic.!
