1. Processing Time
Please note that "Delivery Time" = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

In-Stock Items: All orders generally require 1–3 business days for packing and processing before shipment.

Pre-Order / Customized Items: Production times vary. Please refer to the specific product detail page for accurate lead times.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer two main shipping tiers. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

3. Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times are estimates based on our carrier partners and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)
We strive to make international shipping as seamless as possible.

Standard / Free Shipping: We Cover It. OSIAS handles customs clearance and pays import duties or taxes for you. There is no action or additional cost on your part.

Expedited Shipping:

United States & Canada: OSIAS covers customs clearance and duties.

Other International Destinations: While rare, expedite shipments may be subject to local import taxes or VAT. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
6. Address Accuracy (Disclaimer)
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

OSIAS is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
OSIAS is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address entered for the order.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your building manager first.
