Q: Can I use heat tools on the wigs?
A: Yes! You can use straighteners and curling irons up to 180°C (350°F). Go ahead and defy gravity with those spikes.
Q: How do I wash my costume?
A: Treat it like a legendary artifact. 🛡️
- Hand Wash Cold: Most cosplay fabrics (leatherette, jacquard, satin) hate washing machines.
- Hang Dry: Never put it in the dryer. Heat destroys the shape.
- Ironing: Low heat only, and always use a pressing cloth between the iron and the costume.
Q: I need to return something. How does this work?
A: Let's be real—international return shipping is expensive and a nightmare for your wallet. 💸
We don't want you spending $40 to return a $50 item. That makes no sense.
Instead of shipping it back, contact us first. We prefer to work out a Resolution (like a Refund or Partial Compensation) that keeps everyone happy.

Beaucoups d'accéssoires dans cette tenue plus que complete. La qualité du tissus est raisonnable. Par contre j'ai du renvoyer le produit car il y avait deux gros trou dans le tissus (visible) et le medaillon était casser. Une qualité doit être à la hauteur du prix.

I got the cosplay and i am happy with it! The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because i ordered it with a wig but the wig never came but it’s fine. The hat is very small too but I understand that it is very difficult to know the size of different heads.

The material is extremely soft.The sizing is perfect and the colors are exactly the colors needed.The stitching is great and isn't loose.All accessories came and are pretty great, some are plastic and one sounds and feels like glass.The hat needs to be shaped and but is great as well.The cape is amazing, it looks great and has quite the weight to it.

This is a good costume and everything looks as it should. The colors are accurate and the accessories really look great. The size of the costume seems to be one size smaller than listed. The stitching on the costume is good quality and holds together well. When mine arrived, however, the brooch had come apart. The gem was no longer attached to the ring and had to be reglued.

Das Cosplay Kostüm habe ich für eine Freundin von mir bestellt in der Größe S, welche sie auch in normalen Kleidern trägt und das Kostüm passt ausgezeichnet. Es wird in einer schönen Schachtel geliefert mit vielen Extras wie, Ohrringe, Brosche, Schleife usw. Jedes Kleidungsstück ist sehr ordentlich verarbeitet und vom Stoff her angenehm. Optisch am Schönsten ist der Umhang, welcher mit vielen Details absolut klasse aussieht. Für Cosplayer ein sehr schönes Kostüm. Der Preis hierfür ist absolut in Ordnung.
