Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Contact us within 24 hours via email (service@osias.com) or live chat with your order number and the correct address details. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.

In-stock items ship within 3 business days. During holidays, weekends, or special events, processing may be delayed. If you order pre-sale items with in-stock items, your order will be held until all items are in stock.
