1.2 Standard Shipping:

  • Cost-effective option with slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a total payment of $200 USD or more qualify for free Preferred Shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: A lower-cost option available for orders under $200. Fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
  • No Extra Fees for Multiple Items: To encourage customers to purchase full cosplay sets (including wigs, costumes, shoes, etc.), we do not charge additional shipping fees for multiple items in a single order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the respective carrier's platform.


6. Customs and Duties

For international orders, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details regarding these charges.
