About Shipping

At OSIAS, we prioritize a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Starting from January 1, 2025, we have partnered exclusively with FedEx, DHL, and Amazon express to improve tracking accuracy and on-time delivery rates, ensuring an enhanced experience for our buyers.

1. Shipping Method

All orders will be shipped via "OSIAS Preferred Shipping", a reliable and efficient shipping service.

3. Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipment.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a total payment of $200 USD or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Multiple Items, No Extra Shipping Fees: To encourage customers to purchase full cosplay sets (including wigs, costumes, shoes, etc.), we do not charge additional shipping fees for multiple items in a single order.
  • For orders under $200, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the respective carrier's platform.


6. Customs and Duties

For international orders, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details regarding these charges.

  • For customized or pre-order items, the overall shipping time includes both production and transit periods.

Return & Refund

If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us first within 15 days of receiving your package via email, online chat, or instant messaging tool, and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Problem details
  • Related photos
  • Your request

 

-- Return Policy

 

We offer the aftersale service such as return for the order which got signed within 15 days, please contact our email: service@osias.com to start the aftersale service. (To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (You can have a try,but please keep the costume clean and complete)

 

Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:

  • If you return part of the costumes, the payment cannot be refunded.
  • Worn, used or altered items cannot be returned.
  • Undergarments, socks and stocking cannot be returned.
  • Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etc cannot be returned.
  • Wigs, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair accessories, with attached hair cannot be returned.
  • Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged total cost on the order as returning shipping fee. This makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us. Also, you have to pay for the new shipping fee if you would like to receive again.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

-- Refund Policy

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@osias.com.

 

-- Exchange Policy

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@osias.com.

 

Notice: Returning shipping fee and resend shipping fee will need to bare by buyers. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.            

 

What if the size is unsuitable?

We accept returning for exchange or refund within 15 days after you receive our products, if the size is not fit. But you should afford the returning shipping fee by yourself. So please take care of choose size and refer to our size chart. The payment of the products can be fully refunded when we received the new completed item with tag.

 

What if part of my order is missing or defecting?

First, if all items have been confirmed as shipped but you are still missing items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving our products and provide the relevant information.

Your order will be processed as follows:

  • You will be asked to send photos of the received items and the package.
  • We will check on our shipping system if the item is omitted from the original shipment.
  • When confirmed as missing item, we will process refunding or resending for the missing item.
